Holidays
Legacy Agripartners provides employees with regular pay for nine holidays a year.
Paid Time Off
The Company provides all full-time employees with Paid Time Off (PTO) on the first day of employment. The amount received on day one is prorate for the first year. Full-time employees start with 120 hours of PTO.

Provided by Anthem.
Life Insurance
Provided by UHC. The Company provides you with $25k Life Insurance coverage.
401K Retirement Plan
All employees aged 21 years or older are eligible to begin participating in the plan immediately upon hire. The Company’s contribution is 100% of deferrals up to 3% of compensation and 50% of deferrals on the next 2% contributed.
Bonus and Incentives
All employees are eligible for a discretionary Holiday bonus each year. In addition, all employees will receive, depending on your role in the company, a sales incentive or profit-sharing distribution.
