But it doesn’t stop there. Our breeding program focuses on yield, quality, and persistence, with varieties built for multi-year stand longevity and deep root systems, like branching and creeping roots that improve water infiltration and help break compaction.

When paired with grasses, alfalfa becomes even more impactful. Research shows that alfalfa-grass mixes can increase carbon sequestration by 3 to 4 times compared to alfalfa alone, while boosting forage quality and protecting water resources.
